我们拥有一支实力雄厚的研究、开发人员队伍，并且投资兴建了具有国际先进水平的产品开发测试中心。开发人员在掌握丰富传统经验的基础上，运用先进的科技手段，积极推广应用先进技术，不断地开发和研究新的产品，满足汽车工业飞速发展的要求。从一开始，我们设计人员就与用户密切接触，全面了解并掌握产品的使用环境和用户对产品的要求，利用先进的计算机辅助设计和制造系统，建立汽车空调系统数据模型，进行模具加工制造，保证以最快的速度为客户提供新的产品。
开发的产品须经严格的工装样品和批量样品认可试验，在确保尺寸、强度、性能、寿命、可靠性等各项技术指标完全满足用户要求的情况下，产品方可批量生产，交付用户。 |

We have a strong team of talents to research and develop new products and put into investment to set up product Development Testing Center at international level. Our engineer and technical personnel are working hard to develop and research the latest products upon the rich traditional experience, advanced technical facilities and applicable know-how to meet the requirements for rapid development of automobile industry.
Initially, our designing staff has been keeping in touch with the customers understand the products' operation environment and the customers' requirements. They've set up MAC system digital module by CAD and manufacture tools and dies by CAM, and ensureto provide the customers with the latest products at the fastest speed.
The developed products have to pass strict tooling sample and batch-made sample approval indexes such as measurements, strength, capabilities, durability and reliability meet the requirements of the customers. |
